Our standard refunds policy on faulty or damaged goods is 7 days from the date despatched. However, any bespoke items which are made to order or personalised are not subject to our 7 day refund policy. A full refund will be offered on any items that are found to be faulty or not made to the agreed specification as long as the fault/error is reported within 7 days. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure. A refund will be on the cost of the item(s) and will not include original postage costs. We will not accept returns if they are in an un-saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect instructions. Please double check your requirements before ordering.
